  1. You sleep with aches and pains.
  2. You wake up with aches and pains.
  3. You have nightmares.
  4. Angels won’t protect you.
  5. You have wet dreams.

There are 5 benefits to falling asleep with good mindfulness and understanding:

  1. You sleep in comfort.
  2. You wake up in comfort.
  3. You won’t have nightmares.
  4. Angels will protect you.
  5. You won’t have wet dreams.
